Daphne has a strong interest and background in international development, and is dedicated to finding and supporting innovative solutions to improving livelihoods globally.
She started working with Upaya while a graduate student at the University of Washington's Evans School of Public Policy, and recently graduated with her MPA. She had a focus in non-profit management and international development. Prior to graduate school, Daphne spent two and half years in Cambodia and Laos working with international non-profits, primarily in development.
